Holiday Return Policy

Any purchases made on or after the 3rd Monday in November will have until January 31st to return the merchandise for a full refund. Purchases made before November 16th may qualify for an exchange if they fall within our 90 exchange period. For more details, please check out our Shipping Policy.

Exchange/Return Estimated Time

Returning Merchandise

Please Note: All Player NIL Jersey sales are final. We will not accept NIL jerseys back for a return or exchange. Any NIL jerseys sent back to us will be marked for Return to Sender and shipped back out. If you are experiencing an issue with your NIL jersey, please call us at 888-237-1946 ext. 2.

PennStateClothes.com and The Family Clothesline will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise returned (postmarked) within 30 days from the date printed on the receipt/invoice. If your return is between 31-90 days from the date of purchase, you may return your order for store credit. Before you return any merchandise, please read PennStateClothes.com's Terms and Conditions for returns. Once you have read our terms and conditions, please print out a copy of the PennStateClothes.com's Return Form and follow the directions provided on the form.

  3. Once the package has been sent, please allow PennStateClothes.com 2-4 weeks for us to receive and process the return.

 
Exchanging Merchandise

All merchandise on PennStateclothes.com is exchangeable with the exception of non-clothing sale gift items. You may exchange our merchandise up to 90 days from the date that it was purchased. If for any reason you wish to exchange any or all of your merchandise, please take a moment to read PennStateClothes.com Terms and Conditions for exchanges. Once you have read our exchange terms and conditions, please print out a copy of the PennStateClothes.com's Exchange Form and follow the directions provided on the form.

  3. Once the package has been sent, please allow PennStateClothes.com 2-4 weeks for us to receive the package and return the amount of the products you have sent back.

Returning/Exchanging Merchandise Policy

1.) Customer is responsible for return shipping and may choose any shipping method back to our store location.

2.) Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return/exchange is due to an error on the part of PennStateClothes.com.

3.) All Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of receipt. All returns postmarked between 31-90 days from the date of receipt, will receive store credit towards an Exchange or a future purchase(s).

4.) All products must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags and in their original packaging. We will not return or exchange items that appear to be worn, washed, or missing its original packaging.

5.) When returning merchandise, we suggest selecting a shipping method that provides a tracking number and/or delivery conformation. Keep a copy of these details for your records. PennStateClothes.com is not responsible for any lost returns for which proof of delivery cannot be provided.

6.) Returns cannot be processed without a copy of the original invoice/receipt and a completed PennStateClothes.com Return/Exchange Form.
